It will take too long to list the series TV I watch, but currently I am loving Pan Am for the wonderful vintage feel and thinly disguised soap opera like plot. Brief synopsis: "Period drama about the pilots and flight attendants who once made Pan Am the most glamorous way to fly." It has got Christina Ricci in it, and she rocks!
A darker love is the Danish series Forbrydelsen, with the fantastic Sofie Gråbøl and the v yummy Mikael Birkkjær. Brief synopsis (Series 1): "The murder of a young girl prompts a police investigation with personal and political consequences."

I don't think there are that many working actors in Denmark so we are lucky enough to get Mr Mikael Birkkjær again in Borgen which is another Danish must. Brief synopsis: "A political drama about a prime minister's rise to power, and how power changes a prime minister."
Pan Am = tick, Borgen = tick , as for Forbrydelson = yet to hit bbc air time and boy can I not wait! The Danish are really coming up trumps and as for Mikkael, a little bit of eye candy goes a long way ;o)

Love Wallander! Such a wonderfully miserable man! Makes me feel positively lighthearted by comparison.
