I can't believe it has taken us so long to just get onto a train and go into the city. We have been so trapped in the banality of trying to set up a life and settle our little family that we half forgot that we now live in (well in is actually a strong word, because out would better describe where we live) the most beautiful, amazing city.
We took Kian with us and he needs to wee ALL the time, so our first stop before we left the station building was the toilet. However, even the old station toilets were beautiful with stunning floor tiles and this great wooden bench in the ladies. Finally, out we go and there are trams and sun-she-shine and pretty buildings and it finally feels like a proper adventure.
We head towards China Town because there was something quite specific I was looking for. We didn't find it, but we did find this stunning dragon made from recycled water bottles and some other lovely things to boot.
